What are some good value computer hardware parts?

I'm on a budget that's ranging around 800 dollars and I was wondering what kind of hardware components are most likely the best for my price range. Processor, video card, hard drive, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and also Im looking to

$800 is well enough to get you a decent computer.
