I have a dual monitor setup with twin Samsung SyncMaster 213T monitors, NVIDIA Quadro FX 1700 adapter. Everything is fine, except that when the mouse is moved to the secondary monitor, it changes to the hourglass cursor, but has the behavior of the arrow
The problem isn't hardware issue. Something is wrong with your display settings or your operating system install.
First, try to reinstall your graphics drivers.
If that doesn't work, back everything up and re-install windows
