I have A Lexmark Z42 Printer and my computer keeps saying that it is Offline. How can i get it back online, and how did it get off line in the first place.
check to make sure all the cables are hooked up right to the printer and into your pc
make sure the printer is on
turn the printer off for a 30 seconds then turn it back on
