Are there any Lexmark cartridges compatible with Dell 926 printer?

I've read loads of stuff that says Dell printers are actually lexmark and that they are therefore compatible with printer cartridges.
Anyone who has a dell printer will know the ink is expensive and a total rip off. And that you can only get it
Sorry, there are no Lexmark ink cartridges that will work with this Dell model. Though Dell's ink print machines are at present based on Lexmark ink jet printing research, they cannot use Lexmark ink jet print cartridges. The only source for brand new
