I was drvining and this was just there already. It had two people in it and was trying to go still. I think it happens because it is generated in the middle of the road as all vehicles are so it "spawned" in the tree since that's in the middle of the road.

Just some of the vehicles, people and everyday goings-on, in the wonderful city that is San Andreas. This is (to me) the best video game, ever - there is always something to do. The images are taken from the PC version.
