is this a good graphics card? should i buy it even though its second hand? what price should i pay?

This graphics card does not come with any drivers or other software but the drivers can be downloaded free .
it was installed and used in a pc for approx 2 months .

it is a very good card, but this card also REQUIRES that it be hooked up into the power supply, and the power supply has to be at least 400 watts. i would suggest a power supply of 550 watts or better before hookin this bad boy up to it. its gonna require
