I want to copy a program from my PC on to a cd-r/dvd-r as a back up. I have got IMGBurn but do not know how to use this.
Any help would be much appreciated.

if you mean an installed program it is impossible,
just how are you going to save all the necessary registry entry's
if you mean just the program installer,
you just burn it to disc the same way as you do with any other data.
