Which Macro lens is better for the price, 60mm or 100mm?

Hi Everyone

If I were to buy an DSLR and a macro lens, which macro lens would you suggest. I know, obviously the 100mm will be better as it has a further working range. How much difference is the range at full magnification? is the 100mm
